Terms of Service

1. The service

TenderMatch SA provides live South African public-sector tender listings and an AI-powered tool that drafts bid documents formatted according to common SA procurement standards (PFMA, PPPFA, CIDB, B-BBEE, GCC 2015).

2. Pay-per-bid model

• Browsing tenders is free and requires no account
• Generating a bid package costs R499 (or USD equivalent) per bid, payable through PayPal
• There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges
• Each payment unlocks one bid generation for one tender

3. Refunds

Because each generation consumes AI compute resources, payments are non-refundable once a bid has successfully been generated and downloaded. If a generation fails due to a system error on our side, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or re-generation at no extra cost.

4. Your responsibility

TenderMatch SA is a drafting tool, not a procurement consultant. You are responsible for:

• Verifying tender documents, closing dates, briefing requirements and submission instructions before bidding
• Reviewing generated bids for accuracy before submission
• Attaching your real CIDB grading, B-BBEE certificate, tax clearance, and other supporting documents
• Complying with all rules of the procuring organ of state

5. AI disclaimer

AI-generated content is guidance only. It does not guarantee bid eligibility, compliance, award decisions, or commercial outcomes. We never fabricate certificates, tax numbers, or CIDB grades — placeholders are inserted for you to populate with your real, valid documents.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit fraudulent bids or misrepresent your company
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our platform or AI outputs as a competing service
• Abuse the system through automated scraping or repeated payment fraud

7. Intellectual property

The TenderMatch SA platform, including its software, design, and AI prompt engineering, is owned by Sandton Streets. Bid documents you generate are yours to use, edit, and submit.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Sandton Streets is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the total amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, Gauteng.
